The following is the Agreement between SafPal™ and everyone who utilizes the SafPal.com website. By participating in SafPal services you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by it. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows:
SafPal operates as a PayPal® certification authority for registered PayPal® users. SafPal helps prevent fraud by requiring members pass identity verification and a criminal background check.
SafPal membership is open to PayPal® users in good standing who can pass a criminal background check.
Your first annual membership fee is due in advance. The current cost of membership is $39.95 per year. Payments are processed by PayPal.com. You agree to abide by PayPal's own User Agreement.
Members are required to maintain accurate personal data at all times including full legal name, authorized contact person, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Your data may be subject to verification by SafPal staff at any time.
WHILE SAFPAL WORKS DILIGENTLY TO CERTIFY APPLICANTS, SAFPAL CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACTIONS OF ANY MEMBER. Should you have a formal complaint regarding a SafPal account holder please visit Support.
Each user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Our services are only available for lawful purposes. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may limit our services.
You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide any warranties.
We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time.
